Check-out time is 12:00 (12:00 PM).

Accommodation at the Hotel is possible by presenting the passport or other replaced original identity document in case of its absence. To Guests who are in a state of strong alcoholic intoxication or in case of lack of documents, the Hotel reserves the right to refuse in check-in.
Payment is made upon check-in at the hotel (except in the case of special conditions or rates when payment is made at the time of reservation), the accommodation service is deemed to be delivered upon the providing guest with the room key.
The hotel has a daily fee for accommodation. All payments are made in the currency of the Russian Federation - rubles, in cash or by credit card.
Guests visitors can stay at the hotel from 8:00 (08:00 AM) to 23:00 (11:00 PM), in case of the visitor’s delay in the guest’s room from 23:00 (11:00 PM) to 8:00 (08:00 AM), the additional fee must be paid for accommodation at the established rates of the Hotel.
The accommodation for children under 7 (seven) years is free of charge in case they share one bed with their parents without extra bed. Availability and cost of extra beds can be clarified by contacting the reception service.
Pets are allowed in case of paying for additional cleaning of the room 5 000 rubles per day, according to the internal rules of the hotel: the weight of a pet should be no more than 5 kg; moving a pet in public areas is only possible in the carry; Pets in SPA and Restaurant areas are not allowed.
Smoking (including the electronic cigarettes) on the territory of the Hotel and in the guests’ rooms is strictly prohibited in accordance with Federal law dates 23.02.2013 № 15-FZ “On the protection of citizen’s health from the influence of surrounding tobacco smoke and from consequences of tobacco smoking”. In case of Guest’s violation of this rule the Hotel has the right to charge the Guest the costs of extra special cleaning of the room at the amount of 5000.00 RUB by charging it to the Guest’s bill.
In case the Guest discovers lack of completeness in the room or of the equipment, Guest has to immediately inform the Reception about the found discrepancies. If the Guest does not report any drawbacks, the hotel’s administration has revealed damage/loss of property, the statement is drawn up by the hotel, and the Hotel has the right to request the Guest for compensation of the missing or destroyed equipment or covering the repairs cost. In case the Guest denies the request the Hotel has the right to charge the Guest’s credit card or deduct the sum from the deposit placed by Guest.
Guests of the ALBORA Boutique Hotel take note and do not mind of using the system of round-the-clock video surveillance on the territory of the Hotel, except the public toilet rooms and inside the Guest’s room.
The Hotel accepts no liability for money and other valuables left in the room or in the public areas.
