LAARDO Restaurant, which is located on the ground floor of ALBORA Boutique Hotel, hosted a vibrant gastronomic dinner with Alec Griffiths, a representative of the Uruguayan wine industry "Bodega Garzon".
Alec talked about the peculiarities of winemaking in Uruguay, shared the secrets of producing the right “atmospheric” wine. The tasting positions were supplemented by delicious dishes from the team of our Chef.
Elegant and light, the Garcon Estate Pinot Noir Rose was perfectly complemented by fresh smoked strawberries. For pair of bright "Bodega Garzon Single Vineyard Albarino" matches delicious potato gnocchi with trout and spinach. To improve expressive and spicy "Garzon Single Vineyard Pinot Noir" guests are served the author's tartar of beef sauce and pickled cherries.
